Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration should be notified to the congress organiser in writing prior to 25 August 2011.
Before 25 August 2011: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
After 25 August 2011: no refund will be made.
All refunds will be handled after the congress.
Terms of payment
All payments must be made in Euro. Please note that you will be charged a higher fee if we receive payment after the stated deadlines.
Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page) or bank transfer.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the EAU Central Office.
A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
